At Hermes Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional audio and electronic equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Hermes

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
